Gordon earned his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from University of Houston. He held jobs at several multinational companies including Praxair Inc. (now Linde plc), with increasing level of responsibility in technology, marketing and general management.

Gordon has a proven track record in building and leading profitable organizations in in Taiwan and China.  He has provided effective leadership in recruiting, team building, training, and coaching. 

Gordon derives great pleasure in helping individuals identify and develop their potential.  He has worked with companies to design and conduct training workshops to help managers improve and grow.  He has helped many young professionals gain insights in themselves and apply their strengths in developing their career.
