The Effective Manager
This program is ideal for first time managers, potential managers, or anyone wishing to refresh and sharpen their managerial skills. We will learn the five key elements of managerial duty: Setting goals; Organizing work; Motivating people; Assessing progress and giving/receiving feedback; and Developing people.
Strategic Selling Skills
This workshop is based on the methodology described in the book “The New Strategic Selling” by Robert Miller and Stephen Heiman. We will focus on using the “Blue Sheet” in actual Single Sales Objectives. Our purpose is to help each participant gain a deeper understanding of the underlying principles of each block on the Blue Sheet. It is our intention to hold follow-up sessions after this workshop until the participants form a habit of using this powerful tool in the selling process.
